Ripples of Time: A Multimedia Reconstruction for the 130th Anniversary of SJTU
设计理念 | Concept Overview
本装置位于上海交通大学老图书馆（校史馆），为庆祝建校130周年特别制作。设计旨在突破传统静态展陈的局限，通过“光”与“影”的媒介，将跨越一个多世纪的宏大校史浓缩于流动的空间叙事中。装置按时间轴划分为三个核心阶段，系统性地梳理并呈现了自建校以来各时期的标志性人物、关键性事件及历史生活场景。
Commissioned for the 130th anniversary of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, this installation is situated within the Old Library (now the SJTU History Museum). It aims to transcend the boundaries of traditional static exhibits by using light and shadow as a medium to condense over a century of university history into a fluid spatial narrative. The installation is chronologically organized into three distinct stages, systematically presenting the iconic figures, pivotal events, and historical milieus from the university’s inception to the present day.
